• 1. Tell me about yourself . . . What are you doing now, family, position in life, how you presently earn a living, name, age, gender, marital status, and other personal information. This is important as it helps me relate to where you are right now.
• 2. Talk about your question or problem. Give your material the 'Why', 'Where', 'When', 'Who', 'What', 'When', and 'How' treatment.
• 3. Tell me what results could happen if you could solve the problem? What might happen if you cannot solve the problem?
• 4. Tell me exactly how you want me to help you.
